For her price is far above rubies.” The name reflects our belief that every person has inherent worth, value, and purpose. Counseling and Restoration represents our commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and restore the areas of life that may feel broken, overwhelming, or disconnected.
No. You do not have to be a Christian to receive services. We welcome clients from all backgrounds and respect each person's beliefs, values, and worldview. For clients who desire it, faith can be intentionally incorporated into the therapeutic process. Our approach combines evidence-based therapeutic practices with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Yes. More Precious Than Rubies Counseling and Restoration, PLLC accepts select insurance plans. Insurance participation may vary based on the provider, service, and your specific plan. We encourage you to verify your behavioral health benefits and coverage before beginning services.
You can still receive services. Self-pay options are available for clients who do not have insurance or prefer not to use their insurance. Please contact us for current rates and payment options.
Therapy sessions are a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about what you're experiencing. Sessions may include exploring thoughts, emotions, relationships, behaviors, and life circumstances; identifying patterns; developing coping strategies; setting goals; and learning practical tools to support lasting change. Your treatment will be individualized based on your needs and goals.
Services are primarily provided through secure telehealth, allowing you to participate in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. In-person services may be available depending on the provider, service, and location.
Yes. We offer a brief consultation for prospective clients to help determine whether our services may be a good fit for your needs. A consultation is not a therapy session and is not intended to provide treatment or crisis services.
Progress in therapy can look different for everyone. You may begin noticing changes such as improved coping skills, healthier relationships, greater self-awareness, better emotional regulation, increased confidence, or movement toward the goals you identified at the beginning of treatment. Your therapist will regularly work with you to evaluate your progress and adjust treatment as needed.

If we determine that our practice is a good fit, you will complete the necessary intake paperwork and schedule your initial therapy appointment. During your first session, we will discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy.
No. More Precious Than Rubies Counseling and Restoration, PLLC does not complete FMLA paperwork, disability evaluations or documentation, or evaluations or paperwork related to legal matters. Our services are focused on providing therapeutic treatment and supporting your mental and emotional well-being.
